These Terms govern your use of the TalentFlow website (the “Service”), operated by TalentFlow(“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

TalentFlow publishes company-level talent-flow graphs and movement signals derived from publicly available professional career information. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

Unlocks and payments

You may pay a flat, one-time unlock fee (shown on the unlock page) to fund movement-data collection and publication for a company that is not yet in our dataset. The unlock fee covers the cost of producing that data. When you unlock a company, the resulting graph and Flow Index signal are published publicly for all visitors; an unlock is not a private or exclusive purchase.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. Because an unlock initiates a paid data-collection process on your behalf, unlock fees are generally non-refundable once collection has begun. If collection fails for technical reasons, contact us and we will retry it or refund at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Service; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; use the data to harass, profile, or make adverse decisions about specific individuals; or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

Data accuracy and no warranty

The data is derived from third-party public sources and is provided “as is” and “as available.” It may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Flow signals and career signals are statistical estimates, not statements of fact. You must not rely on the Service for employment, lending, eligibility, or other decisions about any individual. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, methodology, and aggregated outputs, is owned by us. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not reproduce or redistribute the Service’s data in bulk without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
