This Privacy Policy explains how TalentFlow(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the TalentFlow website (the “Service”). TalentFlow publishes company-level talent-flow graphs and movement signals derived from publicly available professional career information.
Information we collect
Professional / career data. We compile information about where professionals have worked, drawn from publicly available sources (primarily public LinkedIn profiles). We use individual career histories to compute aggregate, company-level statistics: talent flows between companies, Flow Index signals, and movement bands. The public Service displays aggregate company-level data and graphs; it is not a directory of individuals and does not publish personal profiles.
Information you provide. If you unlock a company, contact us, or paste a LinkedIn profile URL into the career signal tool, we may collect the information you submit and the resulting public professional profile data needed to compute and store that signal.
Payment information.Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store your card or banking details. Dodo’s handling of your payment data is governed by Dodo’s privacy policy.
Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
To operate and improve the Service (compute and display movement signals and graphs), to process unlock payments and deliver the resulting data, to communicate with you, to maintain security and prevent abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us run the Service: Dodo Payments (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and data-sourcing providers (HarvestAPI / Apify). We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict its processing. Removal requests: if you are an individual who wishes to have your information excluded, or a company that wishes to be removed from the Flow Index or graphs, email us at privacy@talentflow.fyi and we will act on reasonable requests promptly.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be retained indefinitely.
International transfers
We operate from India and use providers in other countries, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for adult, professional use.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
